From here, you will have full access to the services we provide, including an online, face to face video consultation with a doctor from our team. This is designed to provide convenience and peace of mind to millions of patients across Pakistan. We understand that it is not always possible for you to go to your local doctor's surgery, and we believe that this should not mean that you have to miss out on the care you need. With our accessible online platform, you don't have to.

No. Appointments are paid for at the point of booking, and you must be sure that you can make the appointment before you book. However, in the unlikely event that the cancellation is made by Prime Medic PK, you will be refunded. This will happen if; The doctor is late or misses the appointment; The doctor decides that a video consultation is not suitable for your purposes. We are unable to match you with a doctor at your desired time.
Yes, in almost every case. However, in very rare cases, the doctor you need may have been called away, or incapacitated at your appointed time. In these cases, your appointment will be refunded. After this, you can decide whether you want to re-book or if you would prefer to visit your local doctor.
Yes, through our Quick Prescription program. However, we don’t issue new prescriptions to patients. Instead, we are licensed to offer continuations or repeat prescriptions on drugs that have been previously prescribed. Take a look at the prescriptions section below to find out more.
Prime Medic PK can refill prescriptions, but only for medications that have been prescribed for you before. This is known as Quick Prescription. To use this service, you must first complete an online questionnaire. We will then get your results reviewed by a registered doctor and, if you have been successful, notify you within 24 hours. Bear in mind that you may need to be contacted for more information.
You can either choose to have it sent to your pharmacy, or sent directly to your home. The first option is cheaper and immediate, provided it is already stocked by the pharmacy. The second option is more convenient, and the medication will arrive at your home via next day delivery. The medication can be sent to any address in Pakistan, but there must be someone present to sign for it. As the Prime Medic PK partner pharmacy will dispense the medicine themselves, there is an additional charge for this.
No, not even if they have been prescribed by your doctor before. For prescriptions of controlled substances, please consult your local doctor in person.
The order process begins with registration to an account with Prime Medic PK. This needs to be done only once. From here, simply select your medication, answer our questionnaire from anywhere is Pakistan, and then pay for the prescription.
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards for online payments.
No, not for prescriptions that have been shipped. However, if, after reviewing your questionnaire, the doctor needs to meet you in person, you will receive a full refund.
