You or anyone else is responsible for the decisions or measures are taken based on this content. In addition, we never guarantee or suggest to the users a list of individuals gathered via the service.

3. Provision of No Guidance

We Prime Medic PK do not give any advice or guidance related to medical neither do we give any personal recommendations to the patients or the users such as suggestions of particular tests, doctors or healthcare workers, techniques or opinions that you may receive via the utilization of services. And in case if you received such suggestions or contents through using the services and depend on them, you make decisions on your behalf, we are not liable for such things.

4. Why do the users receive various content from Prime Medic PK?

We make sure that only those doctors or healthcare providers are permitted to provide the legally approved services for the specialty they are providing the services for. When it comes to the selection of the doctor, previews of the doctors are presented by Prime Medic PK as suggestions based on patient's preferences such as the data we are provided with by the patients (the specialty of the doctor, location of the patient, etc.) to select the doctor who will meet the needs of the patients. The lists of the doctor's profiles are made available to the patients based on the availability of the doctor, ratings of that specific doctor, or past experiences. Neither do we recommend any doctor to the patients nor give assurance of any of the healthcare providers or the quality of the services they are giving to the patients. Patients are liable for the selection of the doctors for being provided with the services they in need of. We Prime Medic PK offer sponsorships and charge for them. These are for those doctors who want to be listed on the top of the sponsored results but these sponsorships are not recommended by Prime Medic PK. While selecting the doctors, we recommend the patients to inquire about the doctors by interacting and confirming their specialty from an authorized platform because you patients are going to consult your problems and dilemmas with them so assuring it will be helpful that they are appropriate or not.

11. No Relationship Among Doctors and Patients

We Prime Medic PK do not allow relationships among our registered doctors and patients via utilizing our services. We strictly imply this condition that there must not establish any relationship among the healthcare providers that are doctors and the healthcare seekers that are patients. We Prime Medic PK take no responsibility regarding the cancellation of any appointment or any incomplete or deficient appointments and their cause. We give no assurance to the healthcare seekers for theavailability of doctors or healthcare providers.

12. Data or Content Submitted by the Users

Users are allowed to give their feedback and response related to their use of services that how do they find the services and doctors provided by Prime Medic PK. You can also interact with other content like surveys or questionnaires available on the site or services but on your behalf, because you are liable for what information or data you are posting or submitting via the use of services, and the data that you are posting must follow the rules and regulations mentioned in our Privacy Policy. In case of any inappropriate or illegal content posted or submitted by the users via the use of services, we have the right to end the subscription of such users and restrict them from using the services of Prime Medic PK By posting such content, either a response or feedback, users grant us the permission to utilize their information or data that they have posted or submitted in the way we can. They are responsible for paying on time for the use of services. In case, if any misconduct occurs between the Healthcare seeker and the Doctor or physician related to the payment submission or transaction, both parties are supposed to settle their matter themselves. Users are accountable for their data or information they provide to their respective doctor or physician or any other person. Users are liable for their utilization of the services. It is the responsibility of the users of Prime Medic PK to use the services legally and lawfully to protect themselves and the site from problems, harms, and damages. Another responsibility of being the user of Prime Medic PK you have to perform is to use the services appropriately to save you and the company from any scams or frauds. Users will only be able to use their accounts by entering their credentials. No one will get access to accounts of others or systems so try not to acquire access to the accounts of others through unauthorized and inappropriate ways like hacking or scamming.

18. Responsibilities of the Healthcare Providers

Just like the users, healthcare providers or doctors also have some responsibilities to fulfill being part of the Prime Medic PK family. You must not utilize the services of Prime Medic PK for any purpose such as for getting access or for getting ease in payment, accessibility, or any of the other content. You can only use the services for your personal use as a patient. You must use the services legally and must not be involved in any kind of price-fixing with the patient. You must not violate the rules regarding user's data, information, or trust and must not be involved in scams or frauds.

19. Eligibility Criteria for Users

For getting access to the services of Prime Medic PK, your age must have to be at least 18 or above 18. Your age must be legally eligible for getting your hands on the services of your needs. Children of age ranging from 13 to less than 18 can also get access to the services but on the behalf of their guardian or parents. We Prime Medic PK will not be responsible for the blunders that underage child makes, so for accountability or liability the parents of such children must have to agree with the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions and they will be liable for the use of their children. For this, you have to prove that you are the legal parent or guardian of that child for getting access to the services of Prime Medic PK. If you failed in providing the company with such proofs you will not be able to use the services because it is prohibited by the laws and legislations of Pakistan that a child of age under 18 can not have the access to use such services.
