Prime Medic PK presents you with these terms and conditions to help you better comprehend the payment methods, refunds, and cancellations of the payments we offer and the way it all works. Prime Medic PK owns and operates the services it is providing. The terms and conditions mentioned in this policy apply to those who use any of the services provided by Prime Medic PK, the usage of services may occur through the website or application of Prime Medic PK. For getting access to the services of the application, user's have to accept these terms and conditions for online payments by permitting Prime Medic PK for taking payments via online payment services. We Prime Medic PK have the right to change these terms and conditions a little without notifying the user's about the changes. user's need to read and acknowledge it because without accepting these terms and conditions, user's will not be able to use the services of the application. These terms and conditions may vary with time if any change is needed.

2. Functioning of the Service

The functioning of the services of online payment that is being offered by Prime Medic PK includes how this payment policy works and to make it understandable for the user's to better understand it. The crux of the service is explained and mentioned below:

  • user's can be able to pay with a Credit card, Debit card, Mobile wallet (A mobile wallet is a virtual wallet that stores payment card data on a mobile device), net banking, or any other payment by using this Online Payment service, that is being provided.
  • The credit or Debit card that is being used by the user's for payment and the information related to it such as Credit or Debit card number or password is directly processed by the online payment service providers or payment gateway and not by Prime Medic PK.
  • The information that is being provided by the user's related to their account or credit or debit card must have to be correct.
  • We suggest and advise you to keep the copy of the transaction (the amount you have paid for using the services) safe as a record. It is better to have a record of everything you use because it can save you from many problems or disputes that may happen later.
  • We suggest the user's make necessary inquiries about the charges or fees payable against the Credit or Debit card used from a Credit Card or the Debit Card service provider that is the respective Bank before using the services of the application.
  • By accepting these terms and conditions, user's agree with our condition too that neither do we guarantee your information such as the credit or debit card that is being used by the user's for paying of the used services and its details or information nor the respective bank through which you pay an amount from your debit or credit card because the credit or debit card may misuse by the hackers or scams and we Prime Medic PK and the respective bank will not be responsible for such scams.
  • We ensure that the provided service that is Online Payment service must be provided by using a payment gateway service provider via utilizing a secure website, and we including the service provider are not responsible for any of the misuse or scams that occur while paying off the payment for the use of services.
  • There must be enough credit in the debit or credit card of the user's at the time of payment for utilizing any service.
  • We Prime Medic PK and the service providers, that helps us in gathering the payment that user's placed for using our services are not liable for any mishap or erroneousness occur on in deletion of any data or information, delivery of that corresponding data, the occurrence of any harm due to the corresponding error as we Prime Medic PK, our co-partners, third-parties, service provider or any company member do not process, deliver, or manage any services and we are not responsible for the damage.
  • The provision of credit or debit credentials by the user's for utilizing the services of Prime Medic PK must be accurate and is responsible for it.
  • The credit or debit card used by the user's for utilizing the services must be authorized and approved legally and the user's must also own it lawfully. Agreeing with this policy is mandatory because for the later mishap if occur any, we will not be responsible.
  • Clients are supposed to confirm if any payment transaction or prolonging of online payment takes place by providing the credit or debit card or the respective bank details.
  • The client’s bank account details, credit or debit card must be legally lawful approved, it must not be a part of any scam.

3. Annulment of Prepaid Appointments

We allow rescission of the prepaid appointments but this is regulated by some rules and instructions that patients or clients must have to follow for successful cancellations. These instructions include:

  • The process of annulment for prepaid appointments must occur via the Prime Medic PK app and not through phones or e-mail because it can create trouble.
  • Clients have the permit to cancel the appointment at any time but only before an hour of the scheduled appointment. For instance, if you have 5 hours left in your appointment you can cancel it if not needed and your deducted payment will be refunded but in case if the time exceeds and time left less than an hour, in this case, you will not be able to cancel it and the amount will not be refunded.
  • The deducted amount for already paid appointments will be refunded but with some deduction which includes third party (third parties includes doctors, hospitals, labs, etc.) charges and some bank charges.
  • Sometimes third parties like doctors, hospitals, or labs for any lab tests also cancel or postpone the appointments, in this case, we inform the clients and rescheduled it if possible.

4. Rescheduled Appointments

Prime Medic PK also offers to reschedule the appointments that have been paid already.

  • Clients can also reschedule the meeting or appointment just like the cancellation just before an hour of the scheduled appointment.
  • In a rescheduled appointment, we collect extra charges if more charges are payable by the clients.
  • Clients are subjected to pay bank processing charges they extra demand for, in case of rescheduling the appointment.

5. Policy of Refunds

  • As described above, we Prime Medic PK offers to refund the prepaid appointments.
  • Refunding of the prepaid amount is only made to those who have an authentic voucher or receipt of the cancellation request and the amount will be refunded through reversing the transaction processor via IBFT.
  • The prepaid amount can also be refunded by keeping the amount of the clients in their wallets of the Prime Medic PK App, which might be used later.
  • The process of refunds starts from the day we confirm the refunding of the amount and it almost takes 14 working days.
  • For any deferral or delay made by the respective bank or payment gateway in the deposition of the credit into the Cardholder’s credit or debit card account or bank account of any account holder, we Prime Medic PK will not be liable for this. For this, you will concern about your respective payment gateway for resolving the delay or problem.
  • Prime Medic PK for refunds will provide you a specific refund reference number.
  • If the clients have gained the services of the application Prime Medic PK and then demand the refunding of the amount, the request will be canceled and no amount will be refunded.
  • There will be no refund of the amount for any cancellation.

6. Safety and Security

  • The information is encrypted by this payment gateway when Clients use this payment gateway for paying for their use of services and insert their payment details.
  • Data is encrypted to keep everything under consideration and to prevent the risk of scams and frauds.
  • We take no responsibility for any security risk of the client’s payment information if he/she enters his account details or information in front of others because it may misuse.

7. Rule of law

  • These terms and conditions for Online Payment presented by Prime Medic PK are approved and regulated by the rule of law and legislation of Pakistan.
